Using HummingDeck

What file formats does HummingDeck support?

You can upload PDF, PPTX, DOCX, and HTML files, or paste a link to a Google Slides or Google Docs presentation. We convert everything into a trackable, shareable link.

Is my content secure?

Yes. Files are stored in Google Cloud with encryption at rest. Shared links are secure signed URLs — you control access with expiration dates and download permissions on a per-link basis.

Can I see who viewed my document?

Yes. Create a personal link tied to a specific contact and you'll see exactly when they opened it, how long they spent on each slide, what device and location they viewed from, and whether they forwarded it. Anonymous links still track all engagement data — you just won't see a name attached.

Are my analytics affected by bots?

No. HummingDeck automatically detects and filters out bot traffic — link preview crawlers, email security scanners, and automated tools. Only real human views appear in your analytics. You can toggle bot sessions on in the Activity feed if you want to inspect them. Read more about bot detection.

Can I use HummingDeck with my team?

Yes. Create a team workspace and invite colleagues with owner, admin, or member roles. Everyone shares a document library, contact list, and analytics dashboard.

What happens when I share a link?

Your recipient opens the link in their browser — no login or download required. On your side, you see real-time engagement data: which slides they viewed, how long they spent, and when they came back.

What integrations are available?

Close CRM and Slack notifications are live — HummingDeck syncs engagement data directly into your Close pipeline and alerts your team in Slack when prospects engage. More CRM integrations are on the way.

Billing & Plans

What happens after the trial?

After your 14-day trial, you'll be charged based on your selected plan. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and won't be charged.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal through our secure payment processor.
