Viewer download controls
On Starter and above, turn off the download button for supported documents. This does not prevent screenshots or other capture methods.

Do my slides lose formatting?
HummingDeck renders each slide as a high-fidelity image to preserve its static layout and styling. PowerPoint animations and transitions do not play in the image-based viewer.
Can I share with specific people?
Yes. Create a personal link for an intended recipient and review that link's activity separately, or use a general link for broader sharing. Pro and Business can restrict access to approved email addresses or domains through inbox verification.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Upload and share presentations for free with basic analytics. Upgrade for download control, link expiration, and advanced engagement data.
How is this different from Google Slides sharing?
HummingDeck adds a trackable browser link, qualifying-view alerts, and, on Starter and above, recorded viewing time by slide. Personal and email-verified links can add recipient-associated signals without claiming legal identity verification.
Can I track who viewed my PowerPoint presentation?
