What happens after the 7-day trial?
You get full access to your selected plan for 7 days. No credit card required to start. If you don't upgrade before the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your documents and analytics are preserved, but some features become unavailable.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

A room is a single branded link containing multiple documents, organized for a specific recipient or deal. Instead of emailing several attachments, you share one link. The recipient sees a curated portal. You see exactly who opened what, when, and for how long.
Is there a limit on how many people can view my documents?
No. There's no limit on viewers or views on any plan. Limits apply to the number of documents, links, rooms, and contacts you can create, not to how many people can view them.

What is Restricted Access?
Restricted Access lets you share a document or deal room only with a list of email addresses you specify. Each recipient verifies their own identity through a one-time link sent to their inbox before they can view, so a viewer outside your allowlist can't open the share, even if someone forwards them the URL. For sellers who need strict single-use links, Advanced settings expose a per-share opt-in. Available on Pro and Business plans.
