Free Trial
HummingDeck offers a free trial. We encourage you to fully evaluate the product before subscribing.
Monthly Subscriptions
If you're unsatisfied with HummingDeck, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period, but you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Annual Subscriptions
If you're unsatisfied with HummingDeck Pro, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your annual purchase. After 30 days, you may cancel to prevent renewal, but no partial refund will be issued for the remaining term.
Lifetime Plans
If you're unsatisfied with HummingDeck Lifetime, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, the lifetime license is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at hello@hummingdeck.com with your account email and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
