Flowla is no longer just a lightweight digital sales room. Its current product combines rooms, mutual action plans, proposals, forms, e-signature, buyer signals, CRM connections, and an AI execution layer called REX.
Replacing that stack with a basic portal can remove useful work. Start with the workflow you need to preserve, then test the smallest credible shortlist on one live deal.
Disclosure
HummingDeck is our product, so this comparison is not independent. We use first-party vendor sources, state where HummingDeck is narrower, and recommend testing the same opportunity in at least two products.
Source and verification note
Pricing, availability, and product claims were checked in first-party sources on August 5, 2026. This summary is not a vendor warranty, contract term, legal opinion, or security assessment. "Not documented" means not found in the sources reviewed, not necessarily unavailable. Confirm material requirements, current prices, billing, and limits with each vendor.

What Flowla does well
Flowla's current pricing page lists Starter at $0 per seat per month with unlimited seats and up to 20 rooms. The plan matrix includes mutual action plans, messaging, forms, proposals and quotes, room analytics, CRM and notetaker integrations, AI room generation, AI documents, and a one-time allowance of 500 credits. E-signature, team reporting, stakeholder identification, weekly pipeline summaries, and Flowla MCP are not listed on Starter.
Team is $99 per creator seat per month with no seat minimum and unlimited rooms. It adds e-signature, team reports, stakeholder identification, weekly pipeline summaries, Flowla MCP, 200 GB of content storage, and 500 AI credits per seat each month. Enterprise is custom-priced and adds SSO, user access management, custom domains and sending domains, branding removal, API and webhooks, advanced CRM work, custom REX playbooks, and expanded service. The same pricing page needs one qualification: its Team card says "the full REX agent and AI suite," while the detailed matrix marks many REX and Deal Intelligence features on Starter. Confirm the exact entitlement and credit behavior before treating either summary as the contract.
That packaging matters because older articles and third-party listings still describe a five-room free tier and $39, $49, $65, or $79 paid plans. Those packages are no longer on Flowla's live pricing page.
Flowla's distinction is workflow depth. Its digital sales room page describes AI-built rooms and assets, automated room management, CRM synchronization, stakeholder signals, follow-up drafts, sales-to-CS handoffs, forms, e-signature, and Gantt-style progress views. Its security page documents SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, encryption at rest and in transit, annual third-party penetration testing, and European AWS hosting.
The public pricing path is sales-assisted. Each pricing card says "Chat with us," and the pricing FAQ tells Starter users to begin by booking a short call. A direct app signup also exists, so this is funnel design rather than proof that self-service is unavailable. A buyer who wants to start without a conversation should test the actual signup path.
Why compare Flowla alternatives
Most teams are trying to resolve one of four mismatches:
- The room is only one part of a larger platform. Flowla now spans content generation, proposals, execution, reporting, and customer lifecycle automation. A team that already owns those systems may need only a focused room and signal layer.
- The paid workflow starts at Team. Starter is generous for room testing, but e-signature, team reports, stakeholder identification, weekly summaries, and recurring AI credits sit on the $99 per-seat Team tier.
- AI usage is metered. Starter includes 500 one-time credits. Team includes 500 credits per seat each month, while heavier usage is directed to Enterprise.
- The operating center differs. Flowla begins with the revenue workflow. Arrows begins in the CRM, GetAccept in the commercial document, Dock in the customer workspace, and HummingDeck in tracked content.
This is not a search for the longest feature list. It is a scope decision.
How we compared the tools
We reviewed current first-party pricing and product pages. The order is not a universal ranking. We weighted:
- Usable tier: the first plan that supports the required workflow, including billing and limits.
- Room execution: content, mutual action plans, buyer participation, and discussion.
- Engagement signal: stakeholder, document, page, and room analytics.
- Access and trust: sharing controls, verification boundaries, security documentation, and enterprise administration.
- Workflow scope: proposals, e-signature, CRM automation, onboarding, and AI.
- Operational fit: where the system lives and how much process a team must maintain.

Public USD prices were checked on August 5, 2026. Annual billing, negotiated terms, feature limits, and implementation can change the total.
Seven alternatives by workflow
1. HummingDeck: focused rooms around existing content
Best for: small and mid-market teams that create content elsewhere and want a focused product for sharing, deal coordination, buyer discussion, and engagement data.
HummingDeck Rooms combine documents, tracked URLs, sections, structured next steps, and supported third-party embeds. Every Room includes one mutual action plan with phases, buyer and seller owners, seller-only tasks, subtasks, dependencies, dates, templates, reminders, and calendar workflows. Buyers can complete their assigned visible tasks without a HummingDeck account.
On Pro and Business, contextual Discussions can cover the Room or stay attached to a buyer-visible task, document, tracked URL, embed, or section. Each recipient link keeps its conversation separate, while sellers triage threads across Rooms from one inbox. These are asynchronous threads, not live chat or private direct messages.
Free includes one Room. Starter is $10 per month for one user and includes three Rooms plus page-level analytics. Pro is $25 per user per month and includes 15 Rooms, Discussions, Restricted access, stakeholder views, Close CRM, and Slack. Business is $40 per user per month with unlimited Rooms and documents plus custom branding and a full custom domain. There is no seat minimum.
HummingDeck filters recognized automated scanner activity to reduce noisy opens, but cannot prove every remaining event is human. Additional-viewer signals can reflect another person, device, browser, or forwarded link; they do not prove who viewed or forwarded anything.
HummingDeck does not natively create proposals or forms, provide electronic signatures, generate content with AI, publish a SOC 2 report, or match Flowla's Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, Gong, and Fireflies coverage. Choose Flowla when those capabilities belong in the same system.
2. Trumpet: a broader buyer-facing execution platform
Best for: teams that want polished Pods, commercial content, buyer signals, and AI in one presentation-led system.
Trumpet's pricing page lists Free with 10 Pods per account. Pro is $45 per user per month and adds unlimited Pods, content management, Pro Analytics, and an AI engagement score. Scale is $100 per user per month and adds proposal authoring, TrumpetSign, video recording, forms, advanced analytics, and deeper integrations. Elite is $160 per user per month and adds SSO, SCIM, full custom domains, white labeling, and multi-team workspaces.
Choose Trumpet when buyer presentation and commercial content are central. Choose Flowla when REX-led workflow automation, cross-lifecycle orchestration, and CRM-triggered execution are the stronger fit. See the Trumpet alternatives comparison.
3. Aligned: collaborative rooms with a buyer-facing AI layer
Best for: teams that want room-first collaboration, content, comments, mutual action plans, and assisted room creation.
Aligned's pricing page lists four active rooms per seat on Free. Basic is $29 per seat per month on annual billing with unlimited rooms and task management. Pro is $49 per seat per month, billed annually, and adds AI creation, secured tabs, Gong, and PandaDoc. Enterprise adds bidirectional CRM connections, private comments, SSO, and custom domains.
Choose Aligned for a focused collaborative workspace. Choose Flowla when the room should trigger and automate work across sales and customer success. See the Aligned alternatives guide.
4. Dock: one workspace across the customer lifecycle
Best for: teams that want sales rooms, onboarding, client portals, content, and enablement in one platform.
Dock's Free plan includes 10 workspaces. Standard is $350 per month for five users with unlimited workspaces, Salesforce, and HubSpot. Premium is $1,000 monthly, billed annually, for 10 users and adds file sync, CRM-connected order forms, custom fields, and webhooks. External collaborators are free.
Dock and Flowla both extend beyond the signature. Dock centers a broad customer workspace and content platform. Flowla centers AI-assisted execution, signals, and automation.
5. GetAccept: proposal-to-signature execution
Best for: teams that want to create, price, discuss, and sign commercial documents in one workflow.
GetAccept Professional is listed at $49 per user per month with a five-user minimum, annual payment, and a 12-month agreement. Its public materials connect a document editor, pricing tables, e-signature, mutual action plans, chat, and comments. Enterprise adds broader CPQ and administration.
Choose GetAccept when the commercial document is the operating center. Choose Flowla when AI execution and lifecycle automation matter more than document authoring depth. See the GetAccept alternatives guide.
6. Arrows: CRM-native deal execution
Best for: teams that want sales rooms, milestones, signals, and follow-up tied directly to HubSpot or Salesforce.
Arrows sales rooms combine content, mutual plans, engagement activity, buyer comments, AI-drafted follow-ups, and CRM data. PandaDoc and DocuSign can be embedded. Pricing is quote-based and depends on team size and use.
Choose Arrows when the CRM is the operating system. Choose Flowla when the customer-facing layer, REX agent, notetaker connections, and cross-lifecycle workflows should form a broader execution system.
7. Journey: a lighter presentation-led page
Best for: teams that want a simple, story-led buyer page without a full revenue-execution platform.
Journey's product page centers one shareable page with comments, access control, analytics, and presentation modes. Start is $7 per user per month on annual billing or $9 on monthly billing for two Journeys and basic insights. Grow is $24 per user per month annually or $29 monthly, with unlimited Journeys, advanced insights, workspaces, and AI chat.
Structured mutual action plans and native proposal or e-signature workflows were not documented in the sources reviewed. Journey fits presentation-led sharing. Flowla fits teams that need repeatable revenue execution.
When Flowla is still right
Keep Flowla at the top of the shortlist when REX, AI room and document generation, workflow automation, proposals, forms, e-signature, deal intelligence, stakeholder identification, and native CRM or notetaker connections should live together.
Flowla is also the clearer fit when SOC 2 Type II, Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, Gong, Fireflies, full sales-to-onboarding continuity, or Enterprise controls are material requirements. HummingDeck does not claim parity in those areas.
The $0 Starter tier is a credible product test, not the old five-room plan still quoted elsewhere. Test the actual limits: 20 rooms, one-time AI credits, no e-signature, no stakeholder identification, and no team reports. If the operating workflow needs Team, evaluate the $99 per-seat package rather than treating Starter as equivalent.
Do not buy from the matrix
Rebuild one live deal in two products. Use the same content, mutual plan, buyer, corporate inbox, CRM steps, and reporting questions. Then price the exact tier, seats, credits, integrations, support, and implementation used in the test.
Test the shortlist on one deal
- Build the same buyer room with the proposal, proof, and rollout content from an active opportunity.
- Create the same mutual plan with buyer and seller owners, dates, dependencies, and one private step.
- Ask a buyer to open it on desktop and mobile, leave a question, and complete a task.
- Open both links through a protected corporate inbox, then compare automated events with deliberate reading.
- Test the proposal, signature, CRM, AI, and reporting steps that influence the purchase.
- Inspect what the buyer must learn and what the seller must maintain after the first week.
- Price the exact seats, tier, billing term, AI allowance, add-ons, and implementation used in the test.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best Flowla alternative?
There is no universal best choice. HummingDeck fits focused rooms built around existing content and detailed document signals; Trumpet fits presentation-led buyer execution; Arrows fits CRM-centered work; GetAccept fits proposal-to-signature workflows; and Dock fits broader customer workspaces.
Is there a free alternative to Flowla?
HummingDeck, Aligned, Dock, and Trumpet publish free plans. Flowla itself now lists Starter at $0 with up to 20 rooms and unlimited seats. Compare feature limits and the first paid workflow you would actually need, not just whether a free plan exists.
Which Flowla competitor is best for a focused sales room?
HummingDeck and Aligned are the focused room-first choices in this shortlist. HummingDeck starts from finished content and adds page-level analytics, recognized-scanner filtering, structured mutual action plans, and contextual Discussions on Pro. Aligned centers collaborative rooms, content, comments, and buyer-facing AI.
Which Flowla alternative is best for CRM-centered automation?
Arrows is the clearest CRM-centered alternative for teams that want sales rooms and next steps to operate from HubSpot or Salesforce. Flowla remains stronger when its REX agent, AI workflows, native CRM and notetaker integrations, and cross-lifecycle automation are the reason for buying.
Which Flowla alternative includes proposals and e-signature?
GetAccept combines native document creation, pricing, buyer rooms, and e-signature. Trumpet lists proposals and TrumpetSign on Scale. HummingDeck starts from finished content and does not provide electronic signatures.
Is HummingDeck a full replacement for Flowla?
HummingDeck can replace the focused room, mutual action plan, controlled-sharing, contextual discussion, and document-analytics portion of Flowla for teams that create content elsewhere. It does not replace Flowla's native proposals, e-signature, forms, REX agent, AI workflows, SOC 2 Type II status, or broader CRM and notetaker integrations.
How much does Flowla cost in 2026?
Flowla lists Starter at $0 per seat per month with unlimited seats and up to 20 rooms. Team is $99 per creator seat per month with no seat minimum and unlimited rooms, and Enterprise is custom-priced. Flowla says viewer-only seats are excluded from billing.
Replace the system only when the workflow improves
Flowla fits teams that want an AI execution layer across sales, onboarding, and renewals. An alternative fits when the work should stay closer to existing content, the CRM, a commercial document, or a broader customer workspace.
Run the same deal through two finalists. The useful differences will appear in setup, buyer behavior, signal quality, follow-up work, and the tier you actually need.
