GetAccept does several jobs. Most alternatives replace only part of it. Start with the job your team needs to keep, then compare the tradeoffs below.

Disclosure

HummingDeck is our product. We use first-party sources and do not present it as proposal, e-signature, CPQ, or contract-management software.

Source and verification note

Pricing, availability, and product claims were checked in first-party sources on August 3, 2026. This summary is not a vendor warranty, contract term, legal opinion, or security assessment. "Not documented" means not found in sources reviewed, not necessarily unavailable. Features, limits, prices, and billing vary by region, plan, configuration, and agreement. Verify material requirements with vendors and qualified legal or security reviewers.

What are you replacing in GetAccept?

GetAccept lists eSign at $25 per user per month for up to five users. It lists Professional at $49 per user per month, with a five-user minimum, annual payment, and a 12-month agreement. Those displayed terms produce a list-price floor of about $245 per month or $2,940 for the term before add-ons; the final quote can vary with the Deal Room, Contract Room, and Full Suite license mix. GetAccept's comparison page lists "unlimited active rooms" on Professional, which we do not interpret as unlimited storage or access to every module.

GetAccept's public help and pricing materials describe several analytics layers. For Professional and Enterprise, its feature comparison lists document tracking and a proprietary Deal Score for standalone send-outs, while its sending article describes asking a new viewer to identify themselves after a personal link is forwarded. GetAccept says Deal Room analytics cover participants, visits, content, sessions, page or section time, downloads, and mutual action plan (MAP) progress. It separately documents a 0-to-5 Participant Engagement Score calculated for each participant using the preceding 30 days. We do not treat either proprietary score as an objective cross-vendor standard. GetAccept also documents a pre-send Engagement Score based on send configuration; we treat it separately from Deal Score and observed buyer activity.

See HummingDeck vs GetAccept for the detailed two-product comparison.

How we compared the alternatives

We reviewed first-party pricing, product, and help pages, not every product or contract. Criteria covered plans, limits, authoring, rooms, mutual action plans, e-signature, analytics, access, and integrations. The order is not a ranking.

Eight alternatives by replacement job

1. HummingDeck: track existing content, then add a focused room

HummingDeck's current product supports two parallel workflows: share one uploaded document through a personalized link, or organize documents, tracked URLs, and supported embeds inside a Room. Uploaded-document engagement analytics include views and unique viewers, activity history associated with a supplied or verified email, page or section time, completion, return visits, clicks where supported, alerts, geography and device context, room-level aggregation, and additional-viewer or device signals on the same personal link. Tracked URLs report clicks and visitor context rather than page-level reading. Embeds are passive and do not add HummingDeck interaction analytics.

Free includes one room with three documents. Starter is $10 monthly or $96 yearly for one user and adds three rooms, five documents per room, per-page analytics, expiration, and download controls. Pro is $25 per user monthly or $240 per user yearly. It adds 15 rooms, 15 documents per room, Discussions, Restricted access, stakeholder mapping, Close CRM, and Slack. See the current plans.

HummingDeck Rooms for small and mid-market sales teams use tabs and sections, and documents can be replaced without changing the room URL. Current mutual action plan (MAP) features include phases, buyer and seller owners, seller-only work, dependencies, subtasks, templates, seller reminders, .ics export, and Google Calendar workflows on every plan. The current buyer experience lets buyers complete buyer-visible tasks assigned to their email address; it does not expose controls for buyers to create or edit the plan. Pro Discussions are asynchronous and contextual, scoped to one room link's audience, and collected in a seller inbox. The current product does not position Discussions as private DMs or live chat and does not include discussion attachments, mentions, or reactions.

View a live HummingDeck demo room.

Open links are available wherever Rooms are available. Ask Email, Verify Email, and Restricted require Pro or Business. Ask Email collects a self-reported address. Verify Email requires inbox confirmation, while Restricted requires inbox confirmation for an exact email address or an eligible company domain. These access checks do not establish legal identity. Known-scanner filtering is designed to reduce automated activity, but it cannot guarantee that every recorded event is human. HummingDeck is not marketed as a formal virtual data room and does not currently publish a SOC 2 attestation. Choose GetAccept when requirements include native proposal authoring, e-signature, CPQ, contract management, SSO, or its documented CRM integrations.

2. Aligned: room-first buyer collaboration

Aligned's pricing page lists its free Starter tier with four active rooms per seat plus mutual action plans, comments, file sharing, access controls, and visitor analysis. Basic is listed at $29 per seat per month, billed annually, with unlimited rooms. The page lists Pro at $49 per seat per month, billed annually, with AI Client Assist, AI Content Generator, AI Deal Builder, secured tabs, and PandaDoc integration. Bidirectional Salesforce and HubSpot sync, private internal comments, custom domains, and SSO are listed under Enterprise. Choose Aligned for a focused room. In the public plan sources reviewed, Aligned lists PandaDoc integration on Pro but does not list native proposal authoring or e-signature; keep GetAccept on the shortlist when those native workflows are required. See Aligned alternatives for sales teams.

3. Dock: a broader revenue workspace

Dock's public pages describe sales rooms, mutual action plans, customer comments, content, onboarding portals, learning, and signable order forms. Its help documentation lists a free plan with ten total workspaces, with active and archived workspaces both counting toward the limit. Its pricing page lists Standard at $350 monthly for five internal users and unlimited workspaces; the page says Dock charges only for internal team members and gives external collaborators free access. Dock's sales-room page lists workspace views, clicks, downloads, and action-plan activity while marking page-level PDF time and drop-off as forthcoming. Choose Dock when the workspace should span sales, onboarding, and customer success. Keep GetAccept on the shortlist when its documented native proposal-and-contract workflow is required; Dock's public sources reviewed center the close workflow on quotes and signable order forms.

4. PandaDoc: document lifecycle plus Deal Rooms

PandaDoc lists Starter at $19 per seat per month, billed annually, for document authoring and e-signature. For Deal Rooms, the lowest publicly listed plan is Business at $49 per seat per month, billed annually; PandaDoc's pricing page directs Business buyers to request a demo. Business lists quotes, approvals, CRM integrations, recipient analytics, and Deal Rooms. PandaDoc's current Salesforce documentation lists Salesforce as a paid add-on for Business Annual and Enterprise Annual. PandaDoc's Rooms help article says Business can create unlimited Room drafts but publish a maximum of three rooms; its plan matrix lists Enterprise CPQ and advanced automation, with some items marked extra-cost. Choose PandaDoc when the document workflow leads. If structured mutual action plan mechanics or room-level conversation are decisive, verify those requirements directly with PandaDoc; those mechanics are not documented in the public Rooms and plan sources reviewed. See HummingDeck vs PandaDoc.

5. Proposify: proposal governance and brand control

Proposify's public pages describe reusable branded content, interactive quotes, e-signatures, and tracking. Its pricing page lists Basic at $19 per user per month, billed annually, and Team at $41 per user per month, billed annually, with section analytics, CRM integrations, and automation. The page lists Business starting at $3,900 per year and shows roles, approvals, SSO, API access, and multiple workspaces. On that same page, the detailed usage section lists 10, 30, and 75 monthly included sends with overages, while plan-card and comparison copy describes document sends as unlimited. Confirm the contracted allowance. Choose Proposify for controlled proposal production. The public product and pricing sources reviewed position it as proposal software and do not document a multi-asset DSR or mutual action plan. See HummingDeck vs Proposify.

6. Qwilr: an interactive web-native room

Qwilr's pricing page listed Starter at $35 per user per month, billed annually, for one user, with unlimited manually created Pages, interactive quotes, payments, e-signature, analytics, and several CRM integrations. It listed Growth at $55 per user per month, annual-only, with a five-user minimum. Growth adds viewer email verification, which confirms inbox access rather than legal identity, domain restriction, longer analytics history, and an included automated/API document allowance.

Qwilr markets a single-URL digital sales room and a live mutual action plan assembled inside a Page. Its cited use-case pages say that Page can combine media, collateral, pricing, an action-plan section, and signing. In the public documentation reviewed, we did not find GetAccept-style structured tasks that buyers can own and complete. Qwilr documents Page comments as internal to the editor, not as buyer-facing comments on the published Page. Choose Qwilr for presentation and transaction in one web asset. Choose GetAccept when the required workflow includes its documented buyer-completable Action Plan tasks, room chat and private messages, or contract-management tools. See HummingDeck vs Qwilr.

7. DealHub: enterprise quote-to-revenue

DealHub publishes quote-based pricing and positions its platform around CPQ, contracts, subscriptions, billing, and revenue operations. Its DealRoom product page describes proposals and contracts alongside chat, mutual action plans, alerts, forms, permission-based document access, redlining, and e-signature. Because public pricing does not disclose the final module, seat, term, implementation, or usage scope, room-only teams should compare a written DealHub quote with GetAccept Professional for the exact workflow required.

8. Docusign: signature-first agreement execution

Docusign's public eSignature product page lists Personal at $120 billed annually, equivalent to $10 per month, with five envelopes per month. It lists Standard at $300 and Business Pro at $480 per user billed annually, equivalent to $25 and $40 per month, with 100 envelopes per user per year. Docusign's U.S. checkout displays different price and billing-cadence details, so treat the figures above as product-page displays and confirm the current total and payment schedule at checkout.

Docusign's public self-serve eSignature materials list signing workflows, envelope status and reporting, and audit trails; they do not list sales-content analytics or a mutual action plan. Docusign separately markets Workspaces as a contact-sales hub for multi-step agreement transactions. The self-serve eSignature prices above do not establish pricing or entitlement for Workspaces or broader IAM products. Choose the self-serve plans for agreement execution; compare Workspaces separately when a collaborative transaction hub is required. Whether an electronic signature is enforceable depends on the document, process, jurisdiction, and applicable law.

When GetAccept is still right

Keep GetAccept on the shortlist when the required workflow needs its documented proposal creation, pricing, e-signature, contracts, mutual action plans, room conversation, early-access AI room work, CRM integrations, enterprise controls, and unlimited active Professional rooms in one system. Whether the five-seat annual minimum makes economic sense depends on how many separate tools that consolidation replaces and how much of the suite the team will use.

Do not buy from the matrix

Rebuild one live opportunity in two products, then price every seat, module, limit, add-on, and contract term used in the test.

Test the shortlist on one deal

  1. Send the normal proposal or deck as a tracked link and record attribution, reading detail, clicks, alerts, and return visits.
  2. Put proposal, pricing, security, proof, and implementation content into a room.
  3. Build a mutual action plan with buyer and seller owners plus one internal-only step.
  4. Invite a buyer and test access, conversation, signing, and mobile use.
  5. Forward the standalone and room links separately, then record what each seller view identifies.
  6. Open both through a protected corporate inbox and compare scanner events with a deliberate human session.
  7. Price the exact workflow used.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best GetAccept alternative?

There is no single best choice. Based on the documented product scope, our workflow-based shortlist is HummingDeck for existing content, Aligned for room-first collaboration, PandaDoc for proposal-to-signature, DealHub for enterprise CPQ, and Docusign for signature-first execution.

Is there a free GetAccept alternative?

HummingDeck, Aligned, Dock, and PandaDoc publish free plans. Test whether the free tier covers your exact room, tracking, proposal, or signature workflow.

Which GetAccept alternative is best for digital sales rooms?

HummingDeck and Aligned are focused room-first choices. Dock's public product pages span sales through onboarding and customer success, while Qwilr assembles a web-native room and action plan inside one Page. Keep GetAccept on the shortlist when its documented native proposal, contract, and signature workflows must share the workspace.

Which GetAccept alternative is best for tracking documents and buyer engagement?

HummingDeck fits teams that create sales content elsewhere, then need personalized links or a room with page-level engagement. Test attribution, additional-viewer signals, scanner traffic, and room analytics.

Which GetAccept alternative is best for proposals and e-signatures?

Among the tools reviewed here, PandaDoc's documented feature set maps most directly to proposal-to-signature work. Proposify emphasizes governed proposals, Qwilr interactive web proposals, and Docusign self-serve signature execution; Docusign presents Workspaces as a separate contact-sales product.

Is HummingDeck a full replacement for GetAccept?

HummingDeck can replace the tracked-sharing and focused-room portion of GetAccept for teams that create content elsewhere. Its current product does not include native proposal authoring, e-signature, CPQ, contract management, SSO, or GetAccept's broader documented integration coverage.

How much does a usable GetAccept alternative cost?

Published free tiers include one HummingDeck room, four active Aligned rooms per seat, and ten total Dock workspaces, including archived workspaces. PandaDoc lists Deal Rooms on Business at $49 per seat per month, billed annually. Whether a tier is usable depends on your required limits and features.

Replace the job, not the useful workflow

A room-first team does not need to default to CPQ. A proposal-led team should confirm that a file portal covers its authoring and signing requirements before switching. Replace the part of GetAccept you do not need, not the workflow that is already working.
