Why Slack Notifications Matter

In sales, timing is everything. The difference between a warm lead and a cold one can be minutes. When a prospect opens your proposal at 2 PM on a Tuesday, that's the moment to follow up — not the next morning when you happen to check your analytics.

Set Up in a Few Clicks

Getting started takes less than a minute. Here's the entire process:

1. Connect to Slack

Head to your workspace Settings and find the Slack integration. Click Add to Slack.

2. Pick Your Channel

Slack will ask you to select your workspace and the channel where you want notifications. Choose a channel your sales team monitors — a deal room, a team channel, or even a dedicated notifications channel.

3. You're Connected

That's it. Your workspace is linked, and you'll see the connected status in Settings. You can change the channel or disconnect anytime.

Per-Link Control

Not every share link needs a Slack ping. That's why we built per-link notification control:

  • Single links — Slack notifications are on by default
  • Bulk imports — notifications are off by default (you don't want 200 pings)
  • Toggle anytime — flip Slack notifications on or off for any link from the link listing

This means you can enable alerts for your top prospects and keep things quiet for mass sends.

Slack notifications are independent from email notifications. You can use both, either, or neither — per link.
